“Trente Ans” Cassette Album

(Commemorating 30 years of The Knockouts/High Town Records 1993-2023).

Remember those old bootleg tapes you used to get in Camden back in the day? We do, with much fondness, so we decided it was time for a Knockouts live tape to celebrate our 30 years in the music biz.

Over those years we have played numerous gigs in our home town of Luton and we have been lucky to have many of them recorded by professional sound engineers ‘off the desk’, or by good friends with decent equipment. Hence the super sound quality on these tracks.

We have selected 15 tunes from our output over the decades, all recorded under the flightpath to our famous airport, which, like the airport itself, gives the recordings an air of excitement …and not an inconsiderable international flavour.

The package comes with a lovely set of 3 badges featuring the ‘cover stars’ of the album, and an informative 48 page booklet featuring many photographs of us stylish lot taken at “77 Sunset Strip”, the home of our first recordings back in 1993.

Every Cassette purchase also includes a download of the album.
